Still Waters Pottery is located on the shores of beautiful Wolverine lake along the Chugach mountain range. What a blessing to be in such an awesome location! Eagles, wolves, bears, moose and many other kinds of wildlife make appearances. It was with delight that we welcomed breeding swans to the lake a few years ago. It is incredible to watch their careful parenting of their cygnets. Watching the harmonies of creation, the transition of seasons and the life cycle of the animals that surround us fills me with awe for the Creator who set it all in place and wove it all together. It is this awe and wonder that inspires me as I work with the clay, forming and transforming it from a lump into a vessel.
